These terms govern your use of atfrenchies.com and atfrenchiesclub.com, our programs, memberships, and communications, operated by Framerica LLC (“AT Frenchies”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, registering for a webinar or challenge, or purchasing a membership, you agree to them. Like our privacy policy, we keep this readable on purpose.

What we provide

French-language education: video lessons, live online classes, workshops, community access, events, and related digital content, including the AT Frenchies Club membership.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 to purchase. Keep your login credentials to yourself, provide accurate information, and you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Purchases, billing, and our guarantee

• Prices are shown at checkout. Memberships renew automatically at the stated interval (annual or monthly) until cancelled. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• 5-day guarantee. New Club memberships include a 5-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Email us within 5 days and we’ll refund you. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

How we may contact you

When you give us your contact details registering for a webinar, challenge, guide, or membership, you agree that we may contact you about our services by email and, where you’ve provided your phone number, by phone call and SMS/text message.

SMS program terms:

• Message frequency varies (typically up to 10 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email us.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask off our call list anytime by telling any team member or emailing us.

Our content

Everything in our services, videos, lessons, guides, graphics, and the AT Frenchies name and branding, belongs to Framerica LLC or its licensors. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable license to learn from it. Please don’t copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content.

Community conduct

Our live classes, groups, and chats are shared learning spaces. Be kind. We may remove content or suspend access, without refund, for harassment, hate speech, spam, recording or redistributing sessions, or other conduct that harms the community.

No promised outcomes

We provide language education. Your results depend on your participation and practice, and we don’t guarantee any specific proficiency level or outcome in any timeframe.

Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Framerica LLC disclaims all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Changes

We may update our services and these terms. Meaningful changes get a new date at the top of this page; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
